Is Rekindle free to use?
The core journey — assessment, story, and outcome — is completely free. We also offer optional paid outreach tools (customized messages, guided delivery) for a one-time fee.
Who sees my responses?
Only you. Your story, assessment, and reflections are private unless you actively choose to share them. Your family member only sees what you explicitly send through the platform.
Can I use Rekindle if I'm estranged from multiple family members?
Yes. Each reconciliation journey is independent. You can take the assessment multiple times for different relationships.
What if my family member doesn't respond?
That can happen, and it's painful. Our AI coach (Rekindler) can help you process those feelings and decide what, if anything, comes next — on your terms.
